These terms govern your use of this website and your dealings with Krillion AI ("Krillion", "we", "us") about our influencer marketing services on LinkedIn and X. By using the website or sending us a brief, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Our services

We plan and run influencer marketing campaigns: finding and vetting creators, managing briefs and approvals, coordinating publication on LinkedIn and X, reporting on results and, where agreed, turning campaign content into ads using Krillion AI. The scope, fees, timeline and deliverables of any campaign are set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

2. Proposals and quotes

Information on this website, including package descriptions, is for general guidance and is not an offer. A proposal or quote becomes binding only when both parties accept it in writing. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. Creators and results

Creators are independent and are not our employees. Creator availability, rates and participation are confirmed only when a creator agrees to a specific campaign. Social media results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and audience behaviour, so we do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, leads or sales.

4. Approvals and disclosure

Clients approve campaign content before it is published. Every sponsored post is disclosed as a paid partnership in line with platform rules and applicable advertising laws, and we do not remove or hide these disclosures. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of claims they ask creators to make about their products and must provide substantiation on request.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and the materials, access and feedback a campaign needs, on time.
• Own or have permission to use any trademarks, images and other materials you provide.
• Make sure your products, offers and claims comply with the law and with LinkedIn's and X's policies.
• Pay invoices in full by the due date stated in your agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design and the Krillion name and logo, belongs to Krillion AI or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of and usage rights to campaign content created by creators are set out in each campaign agreement.

7. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, sending spam through our contact details, or using it for anything unlawful.

8. Third-party sites and platforms

The website links to third-party sites, including LinkedIn and X. We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of those sites and platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krillion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the website or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Krillion against claims, losses and costs arising from materials you provide, claims you ask to be made about your products, or your breach of these terms or the law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect campaign agreements already signed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Krillion AI is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that state, unless your campaign agreement says otherwise.
