Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Krillion AI ("Krillion", "we", "us") collects through the Krillion website and influencer marketing services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers brands and agencies that work with us, creators we work with, and visitors to this website.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send us a campaign brief or email us, we receive what you include, such as your name, work email, company, the platforms and goals you select, and anything you write in your message.
Creator information. When we consider or work with a creator, we collect their name, contact details, public profile links on LinkedIn and X, publicly visible audience and engagement information, rates, payment details needed to pay them, and the content they create for campaigns.
Campaign information. When we run a campaign, we collect performance data for campaign posts and ads, such as reach, engagement and clicks, from creators, the platforms and our clients.
Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
2. How the brief form works
The brief form on this site does not store your answers on our servers. When you press "Send brief", your device opens your own email app with the brief filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
3. How we use information
- To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and run the campaigns you buy from us.
- To find, vet, contract and pay creators.
- To measure and report on campaign performance, and to turn successful campaign content into ads where the client and creator have agreed to it.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and our services.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and advertising-disclosure obligations, and to enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
4. Who we share information with
- Clients and creators, as needed to run a campaign (for example, sharing a creator shortlist with a brand, or a brief with a creator).
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, payments and file storage, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Social platforms such as LinkedIn and X, when content is published or promoted there. Their own privacy policies apply to what happens on their platforms.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Third-party services on this site
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request to Google that includes your IP address. Links to LinkedIn and X take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and campaign and contract records for as long as the relationship lasts plus the period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email us at the address below. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
