• Your Content. You retain ownership of all Content you upload or generate. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
• Krillion AI Content. All rights to our platform, Templates, and any non-user Content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Fees & Payment

• Pricing Plans. We offer subscription-based and pay-as-you-go pricing plans as described on our Pricing page.
• Billing. Payment is due in advance and automatically renews unless canceled prior to renewal. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees.
• Refunds. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• By You. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a risk to our systems.
• Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases. We may delete or disable your Content in accordance with our Data Retention policy.

9. Disclaimers

• AS-IS. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
• No Guarantee. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability
